Add items to online ordering

Your storefront menu is a curated subset of your catalog: every product has an online-visibility switch, so the register can sell everything while the storefront offers only what works for pickup.

Before you start

  • Online ordering is enabled with a saved slug.
  • The products exist in your catalog, active and sellable.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Online OrderingThe product list on this page has a visibility toggle per item.
  2. Toggle items onStart with a focused pickup menu — you can expand later.
  3. Check prices and names on the storefrontOpen your shareable link and read the menu as a customer would.

Common mistakes

  • Toggling on items that need in-person choices (custom cakes, made-to-order variations the storefront can't ask about).
  • Forgetting to add new products to the storefront after catalog updates.

Troubleshooting

A toggled-on item is missing from the storefront.

Confirm the product is active and sellable, then refresh the storefront page.
