How to
Modules and lessons
Module 1
Start your shift
Sign in and find your section on the floor.
Lesson 1.1
Sign in
Enter your PIN or credentials on the station. Confirm your name and section before opening any tables.
Lesson 1.2
Floor map
Read the floor map to see open, occupied, and paid tables. Your section is highlighted; tap a table to work it.
Module 2
Open and build the check
Seat guests, add items with modifiers, and fire to the kitchen.
Lesson 2.1
Open a table
Select the table and open it with the correct guest count. The check stays tied to that table until it is paid and closed.
Lesson 2.2
Guests and seats
Assign seats when the check will split by guest, and add each item to the correct seat so splitting later is accurate.
Lesson 2.3
Modifiers
Add required and optional modifiers before sending so the kitchen sees temperature, sides, and allergy notes.
Lesson 2.4
Send
Send courses or items so tickets print or appear on kitchen displays. Confirm the send registered before you leave the table.
Module 3
Payment and tips
Split the check, take payment, and capture tips.
Lesson 3.1
Split
Split by seat, item, or amount before taking any payment. Review each resulting check total with the guests.
Lesson 3.2

Lesson 3.3
Tips
